Raile Cabinetry Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Production All cabinet doors and cabinetry products are made to order using precision CNC manufacturing. Production lead times vary by finish:
- Unfinished orders: 1–3 business days
- Finished orders: 4–6 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Carriers We ship via UPS. Carrier selection and service level may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Orders under $199: Flat rate of $42
- Orders $199 and over: Free shipping
Shipping rates are calculated on your order subtotal before taxes. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States.
Estimated Delivery After production is complete, standard transit times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery:
- Unfinished orders: 4–10 business days
- Finished orders: 7–13 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com.
Domestic Orders Only We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with UPS to resolve the issue promptly.
